Cancellation of this ticket is NOT allowed before 30 minutes of the departure time.
Each passenger is allowed to carry one luggage, in case of additional luggage passenger must book an extra seat along with the booked seat as per his/her requirement.
Cancellation of bookings can be done through the User’s login in the Caxi website/app.
Any cancellation is subject to such cancellation charges as mentioned on the Refund/Cancellation Policy.
Booking closes before 30 minutes before the departure time.
Caxi entertains booking made only via website www.caxi.co.in or App (coming soon).
No animals or pets will be allowed during the travel.
No inflammable items will be allowed during the travel.
In the event of circumstances beyond our control, Caxi reserves the right to cancel all services. Where payment has been made, a refund will be issued.
CAXI reserves the right to take photograph or film records of any trip booked and to use any such for commercial or business purposes. Cabs are cameras and GPS enabled for the purpose of security of our passengers. Caxi reserves the right to monitor as per the required circumstances.
